“Inspiring Success: The Women TIES Retreat” gathers women entrepreneurs annually in a relaxing and inspirational environment to infuse inspiration into their lives from powerful presenters, to enlighten them on vital business topics and to ignite powerful strategic and financial “ties” to grow their companies.

Our last seven retreats received a 95% approval rating from the attendees because we choose the right presenters who educate and inspire women on the most important entrepreneurial topics. The Retreat also allows time for vital regional networking opportunities to encourage and foster strong economic connections between women.

The day is set in one of the most comfortable conference settings in beautiful Skaneateles, New York allowing women to take time away from their hectic entrepreneurial lives to bond with other engaging women so they can return to their companies empowered and enriched from the information, insight and inspiration of the day.

Invest in yourself and your business and join us at the powerful “Inspiring Success: The Women TIES Retreat.” Be a part of this unforgettable day and propel yourself into a place where strong, successful women gather to motivate, inspire and empower each other.

Deb will be moderating the Evolve—Recognizing Financial Focal Points panel  from 11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.

Capital is oxygen needed to breathe life into a new business. Money is wind in the sails of an expanding business. Finances are the wings of support for a secure future of an exiting entrepreneur. In every cycle of an enterprise there are major financial focal points. It is essential to know what these focal points are and understand the financial or legal actions needed for advancement and protection.

At the annual Retreat Roundtable, listen to an interactive conversation between an experienced woman entrepreneur and two special advisors to female business owners as they discuss fiscal fine points and strategies to contemplate in the beginning, middle, and end of your entrepreneurial career. Smart financial and legal decisions are needed in order to open the doors of a business, expand staff and operations, and create a succession strategy for yourself and your company when you are ready to move on.

This panel will be moderated by an award-winning woman entrepreneur and television show founder and host, Deborah J. Cabral, CPO of Organization Motivation. The panel will consist of two experienced advisors—Kimberly S. Manrow, EA, and Christine Woodcock Dettor, Esq.—providing expertise on the vital financial focal points in business to arm you with facts, figures, and focus to evolve you into a savvy, smart, and secure woman entrepreneur now and in the future.
