We asked Deborah to come in to support our 5S initiative. We were preparing for a move and needed to get employees motivated to clear out items that were no longer needed. Many were struggling letting go of items that they thought they could use in the future. We needed help and asked Deborah for assistance. Deb's presentation was very positive with lots of energy and ideas. She was spot on with her presentation and had a lot of employees nodding their head in agreement. We received positive feedback from employees and managers. Many started sorting and implementing the 5S right away! After Deb's enthusiastic and informative presentation on Time Management, the Staffworks Corporate Office Team was definitely ready to DECLUTTER!
